What you will receive: The integrative practice will relax the body and open up areas with resistance. Blocked energy will release from the system through the holistic techniques.

The integrative health session will last 60-90 minutes.

The practice begins with visualization to direct focus on the intentions for overall well being. Sound frequency will be incorporated into the session to enhance the healing process.

This will be followed by breath work to relax the nervous system. A targeted physical yoga practice will then open the body to feel strong, and receptive.

This is followed by emotional release work using acupressure meridians and a guided meditation.

Recommendations on nutrition and other home practices will be discussed.
