APSARA’s Holistic Health Program is available for purchase for short term or long term streaming. You can complete the entire program or practice individual sessions with a qualified instructor.
The Holistic Health Videos will move you through the 7 Chakras from the base of the spine to the top of the head. The last session will be a Complete Energy Systems session for a full body practice.
