This program is designed for each Veteran to take back control of his/her health in a more natural and effective way. Each person learns to have a healthy dialogue and relationship with their bodies.
When we learn how to have a relationship with ourselves, we learn what our heart and body needs. We become healthier, and more compassionate individuals. This not only effects us, but our children, families, communities, and environment.
