The Manipura or “Lustrous Gem” enhances our passion, vitality, and empowerment!

The Manipura Chakra is located around the navel up to the breastbone. It comprises the stomach, liver, integument system (skin), pancreas (regulates digestion and blood sugar), and small intestine.

The cells of the solar plexus vibrate at an electromagnetic frequency of 528 Hz.  This frequency corresponds mid to high wavelengths of the color spectrum, which are temperate to warmer colors. We see the Manipura Chakra in the wavelength of 590-560 nm, the color yellow. The color yellow is the optimal vibration to stimulate and heal the solar and lumbar plexus!

Our Manipura or “Lustrous Gem” is known for our vitality and self confidence. We want to nourish this area with food to regenerate and revitalize our gut. When we have a healthy belly, our bodies are lean and vibrant and we “glow” from within.
